Jo Franklin, our Carers & End-of-Life Support Worker
As an End Of life Support worker for Histon and Impington, Jo aims to provide an additional advisory and in person role to signpost and work alongside existing services to ensure individuals and families are listened to, and wishes carried out where possible.
The importance of family and communication is at the forefront of her goal to take good end of life care back to the people who matter. As a society we are not yet able to talk about wellbeing and dying well as a continuum, but this can change with the right information, education and support.
