‘Holiday at Home’ is a fun and friendly initiative providing activities and outings for older residents in Histon and Impington.
To date, we’ve enjoyed lunches together in local pubs, events at Histon Manor House, a Christmas concert with a live singer and a day trip to Hunstanton, among many other things.
Holiday at Home is open to anyone over the age of 60, but our aim for some of our events is to reach those who would be unable to get out on their own. We are able to provide transport for those who cannot travel independently.
If you do sign up, there is no expectation you will come to everything- just anything you like the sound of!

Weds 9th September – The Salvation Army welcomes Holiday at Home participants on a trip to Hunstanton, whilst HI Friends skips a year. Booking forms available from the Care & Share shop or the Salvation Army church hall or email: histon@salvationarmy.org.uk
