Memory Loss Support Group
Our “Forget-me-not Journey” is a warm and friendly mutual support group for those living with dementia or memory loss and those who journey with them.
We recognise the impact that dementia and memory loss can have – not only for the individual, but also their friends and families, so have several different activities to support the families and help those involved.
