Our Forget-me-not Memory Loss Support Groups are warm and friendly mutual support groups for those living with dementia or memory loss, and those who journey with them. A chance to find support and community with people who understand your situation.
Our two weekly groups meet on Tuesdays and Fridays, both 2.30-3.30pm at the Kay Hitch Way Community Centre, Kay Hitch Way, Histon. CB24 9YR
