Friends of Histon & Impington Community (HI Friends) is planning a second weekend celebration of everything Christmas. We would like to invite you to take part in the 2022 Christmas Tree Festival being organised by HI Friends in partnership with Histon Methodist Church.
The idea is for community groups, schools and local organisations to decorate or create Christmas trees that reflect themselves and the village, as a community celebration of what Histon and Impington has to offer.
All you have to do is create or decorate a Christmas tree that can be displayed in the Histon Methodist Church, Histon High Street. You can be as creative as you like and use this as an opportunity to let the community know what your organisation or group is all about. Or it be can be inspired by a Christmas carol or song!
The event will take place on the afternoons of Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th December in Histon Methodist Church. People will be able to come and view the display and enjoy some refreshments kindly provided by the Church.
Set up will be Friday 9th, afternoon/evening. The trees will be taken down on Sunday evening.
