A charity member plays an important role in the Governance of HI Friends particularly at the Charity Annual General Meeting and other Special Charity Meetings that may be held.
Members have the power to
- remove and replace directors/trustees
- amend constitutional documents
- approve transactions between company and directors/trustees
- control any remaining assets when the charity is wound up

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
An AGM is held once a year where Charity Members receive and approve the annual accounts and elect Trustees.
