Monday

HI Friends Rec Monday Club

  • Stronger Together – 10-11am – enjoy fitness with fun, gentle exercises with a mixture of seated and standing positions
  • Specialist Exercise Class – 11.30am-1.30pm for those recovering from strokes or long-term neurological conditions
  • Memory & Coordination – 1.45-3pm for those living with memory loss

All activities held at Recreation Ground Centre and transport available with community minibus

Tuesday

  • Shopping Trips – to local supermarkets, 2nd & 4th Tuesdays monthly using the Community Minibus. Call Paul Seekings to arrange pick up: 07772 437789 
  • Histon & Impington Day Centre 9.30am-1.30pm, Kay Hitch Way Community Centre – a place to enjoy a meal, company and activities. Transport available. Call Chris: 07484 134923, or Helen: 07394 173430

Wednesday

  • HI Memories 10.30-11.30am at Histon Smokehouse second Wednesdays monthly. A group that shares memories both past and present
  • HI Friends Wellbeing Café – 5.30-7pm weekly, Kay Hitch Way Community Centre a place to seek wellbeing support and friendship

Thursday

  • Thursday Together 2-3.15pm, fortnightly, Histon & Impington Recreation Ground a club of activity, enjoyment and friendship

Friday

  • Histon & Impington Lunch Club 9.30am-1.30pm, Kay Hitch Way Community Centre – a place to enjoy a meal, company and activities. Transport available. Call Chris: 07484 134923, or Helen: 07394 173430

  • Memory Loss Support Group – a support group meeting Tuesdays fortnightly, 2-3pm, at Histon Salvation Army Hall. The group encourages learning and supporting each other in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Contact: 07934 817316

  • Forget-me-not Luncheon Club – a fortnightly club at the Saint Andrew’s Centre. Contact: 07934 817316
