Walking Rugby sessions are at 9.30-10.30am most Sundays at the Recreation Ground, and are free!
Walking rugby is suitable for over 50s, those wanting to get back into sport at a slower pace, and those recovering from injury.

Most of the sports have the same rules as standard versions only rather than running to get the ball or move into position, you walk – without the high impact or strenuous level of activity that standard versions of the same games.
