The ‘Tea & Chat’ home visiting service consists of a home visit to an individual or couple by Helen, HI Friends team member. The visit will help provide companionship and a chance to talk.
Hi I am Helen and work for HI friends charity. My favourite thing in the world is having a cup of tea and connecting with people in conversation. So if you feel like a chat or just need someone to listen, please reach out. I’m always happy to make a home visit, drink tea (!) and talk or listen to you’.
Extra information:
We ask that any refreshments are provided by the client.
All clients need to be able to independently use the bathroom themselves.
The fee for each visit is £17.50 which can be paid on the day of the visit or alternatively, invoices can be sent on a monthly basis to the client or a member of the clients family.
Visits are based on a 50 minute stay.
As this is a home visit and chat service, our staff are unable to undertake any extra tasks.
