Beginner classes are held on Tuesdays, 9:30-10.30am and 10:45-13:45pm at the Histon Recreation Ground Centre.
Continuing classes are on Thursdays, 9:30-10.30am and 10:45-11.45am at the Saint Andrew’s Centre.
Please wear comfortable clothing and as flat shoes/trainers as possible.
