Caring can be a 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Often there is little time for yourself. The Histon and Impington Carer cafe is an opportunity for that space, and a time to connect with other unpaid carers looking after adults.
The Carer Café sessions are on the second Thursday of the month in the Tawa Lounge, from 3-5pm.
